Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return: Contact us at lovingoodcozine@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for:

Exchanges: The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union Customers: For orders shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14‑day cooling‑off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements noted above.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
